This achievement is worded horribly.
Level: Highland Fling.
To unlock it, you have to kill 3 separate dogs within a ‘good time’. There are 3 dogs in the level that turn from statues into dogs. There is one by the stairs of the left gate, and a pair in the open (after the right gate) next to several pickups, activated by picking up the medkit.
I killed the first one in under 0.5 seconds, and the second pair in about 1.5 seconds, and upon killing the pair the achievement unlocked. Probably a bug.

I killed the two dogs with Uzis and the other one with the shotgun 👌🏻 it unlocked

One dog is enough. I got it by spawn-killing the left gate dog with the shotgun, didn't have to bother with the other two.
