As you start the level, there's a hollow tree with a medipack to your right. Run past this tree and look between the two trees to a third tree. Just to the left of the third tree is a block, the other side is sloped. You can jump to grab the edge of this block and climb up.
Instantly jump and press grab to grab the branch above, climb up and unlock the achievement.
