How to unlock the TR3 I’m Just a Local achievement in Tomb Raider I-III Remastered Starring Lara Croft - Definitive Guide
Done in TR3 - Thames Wharf
This will more than likely take you a few goes. While timing isn't tight at all (I had 25 seconds to spare and could definitely have improved on that), I generally recommend restarting the level when retrying instead of wasting time saving.
If you're feeling brave you could save when making it to the crane since that's the hardest part out the way.
Like everything else in this game, this is best done with tank controls as you're relying on certain steering manoevers for this, since you need to get certain jump angles exactly right.
Right from the beginning, do a running jump while steering right. The moment you get over the roof, steer left to make it onto the higher floor behind. Continue running and jump onto the crane further on.
When landing on the crane, back step against the other side of it, then walk one step, followed by a running jump over the right side of the yellow bit, then land on the slide floor ahead, aiming for the furthest square (as the one before has a drop that will kill you on the barbed wire, as opposed to just taking health off).
THE MOMENT YOU LAND ON THAT SLIDEY FLOOR, use a large medikit. You two if you have to. Jump out of the barbed wire and navigate up the roof and to the left towards the end of the level.
Make sure to skip the cutscene.
Video below as a demonstration. It's not super difficult when you know the tricks.
Achievement will unlock at the Thames Wharf results screen.

37 seconds saving twice and using just a small medipack with modern controls! Thanks for the video!
