High Security Compound - once you get your weapons back follow the ramp and start sprinting once you hear "Hey!". Use the DEagle to kill the 2 guards in your way so you can actually hit the 3rd one headed for the handprint scanner.

It's the second guard that's headed for the scanner, you can see him running away from you. You have enough time to kill him with pistols if you ignore the first guard and sprint. Just a tip for the pistols-only run.
