How to unlock the TR3 The Deep achievement in Tomb Raider I-III Remastered Starring Lara Croft - Definitive Guide

The start of the "water" room brings you two rotating blade traps in a vertically arranged room witg water at the bottom.
Carefully jump towards the front left/right side of the room, ensuring to hold the grab button so that Lara doesn't "oof" herself and bounce back into the harm's way.
Once you land in the water immediate start turning heading up, careful not to hit the second rotating blade trap, and surface the water. You'll notice there's a small floor for you to climb onto in this room with a small cave to crawl into.
Head to as close to the back of the room as possible, next to the crevice, and immediately crouch. Crawl into the crevice, jump into the small water hole here and pick up the medikit at the bottom.
The achievement will unlock immediately after obtaining the medikit.
