Tomb Raider

There are total 171 Collectibles and 84 Challengeobjects in Tomb Raider.

The 10 Documents "Lara´s Journal" collect you automatically (9/10) when you use Camps during the Storyprogress. The last One in this Row get you in the Ending Scene and the Achievement No Stone Left Unturned pops up during the Endscene.

In Survivortree you have 2 Skills which help a Lot to find Collectibles. (Orienteering and Cartography)
You can set a Marker on your Map to a uncollected Item and when you use Survival Instinct ingame, you see a blue beam of light on the Location from the marked Collectible.

If you collect an Collectible, it is automatically saved. After the Story you can use fast Travel to each fast Travel Camp to collect the missing Collectibles or Challengeobjects.

The Numbers behind the linked Timelinks are the Ingame Coordinates from each Objects. In the Youtube Description you have the Timeline too.

When you Click a Item, a new Window open and the Video starts from this Time / Item.

Otherwise you can watch the Videos below the Areas and click manually to the Time.

This map has the locations of all the games collectables (As well as the challenge location points). Simply press back in-game and go over the different areas of the island, it will tell you what you do and do not have in each area as you highlight them.

General Information

- There is one missable relic! It is located in the Research Base, the Chou Dynasty Helmet. It requires explosives to remove a grate from in front of it, and there are a limited number of grenades and explosive tipped arrows in the world. Make sure you have a couple of explosives at this point.

- The last document is obtained in watching the final cutscene, so you can not get this achievement without beating the game. Do not worry about getting all the collectables first though, as there is a free-roam mode after completing it (Just make sure you've noted the above relic I mentioned).

- Mountain Village and Shipwreck Beach can not be completed upon first entering the area, although you will end up coming back through them with all the equipment you need. Every other area can be completed in the first run through.

- The Cliffside Bunker does not have a fast travel location, so if you simply go through all the fast travel points to check your collectables you will miss this one. It is located as the most south point on the map.

- To make this much easier, as soon as possible unlock the 'Orienteering' skill in the Survivor Upgrades tree. You will have had to have unlocked tier 2 to get to this skill, but it means that as soon as you press the left bumper any items around you will appear on the map. This makes it much easier for finding items before you get the treasure map, if there even is one in your area.

A lot of people are missing out the collectibles on Cliffside Bunker. You cannot fast travel to it but you can get to it from shipwreck beach.

Even though scrolling through all the camp sites I had all collectibles, this is the area I had missed

This achievement drove me crazy for a few hours and I myself resorted to the internet. The game said that I had 53/54 documents, however every section of the map said that I had all of them. The thing is, the final document (GPS Secrets #2) is not on the map as a document. You automatically get it after finding all GPS caches. Well, according to the map I had all GPS caches, except I didn't. There is one area of the map unreachable via fast travel because it only has day camps (no fast travel camps). The area is Cliffside Bunker and it is at the very bottom of the map connected to Shipwreck Beach. To get to it you must fast travel to Shipwreck Beach and platform all the way to the southeast section of the area where you can enter Cliffside Bunker. Hope this helps.
