How to unlock the One Smart Cookie achievement in Tomb Raider - Definitive Guide
The first non-DLC* tomb you will encounter is the tomb of the unworthy. You need the climbing axe to complete it, but as long as you're following the story you should have it by that stage.
The tomb is at the top of the mountain village area behind a waterfall. There is a symbol painted on the cliff face near the entrance, so it's relatively easy to find.
Once inside, you'll see a platform and a cage suspended from rope. There are three mummified bodies hanging upside down inside the platform.
Jump on the suspended platform and quickly jump across to the small alcove with the lamp. Light your torch and then jump back across to the platform with the bodies. Set all three alight.
Make your way back up to the cage and press Y to push it off the edge. It will fall and drag the now-empty platform into the air.
Jump on the platform, and then jump again onto the wall to the left. Press X to use the climbing axe and then climb to the top to enjoy your loot.
* The DLC tomb (Tomb of the Lost Adventurer) in Coastal Forest is the first you'll encounter if you have the DLC. You'll find it after meeting up with Samantha. Follow the right edge of the map from the zone's start area until you encounter wolves while going to meet Whitman. It has a large painting of a goddess on the cliff wall above it.

it is possible to complete the DLC tomb with only the bow, the crane with the box counterweight is solved by shooting the lantern to light the cloth on fire to knock the brazer down, then just jump on the crane to lower it enough to let the brazer swing to the explosive boxes on the other side. go back to the plane, grab a lantern and chuck it into the opening on top. once the plane lowers jump to the building with the chest

As the guide of CovetousCash64 the first non-DLC tomb you will encounter is the tomb of the unworthy.
I created a video walkthrough for it.
I will be making Xbox One Achievement Guides on my channel so i started practicing with this game. Hope it helps you out.

You can unlock this either with the Tomb of the Lost Adventurer, which is a very easy challenge.
Otherwise if you're playing the standard game, as you escape from the mountain temple and are in the mountain village. After you earn the climbing ax Laura will be tasked to climb the cliffs. That's where you'll want to go. When you reach a landing you'll see a few markings pointing to the right. The player should follow the markings and they'll find their first tomb, called "The Tomb of the Unworthy". Solve the puzzle in the tomb ( it's a speed puzzle, followed by burning the objects on the platform that moves up and down) and you'll reach the end, which allows you to get half the map for the area, and in addition you'll unlock this trophy.
Any tomb will unlock this trophy, but those two are the first two you can find.

Unfortunately, this achievement is glitched, I got "All Tombs" one to unlock before this one.
Anyway, this should unlock on your first optional Tomb. The earliest one is the Tomb of the Unworthy, which is located on the Mountain Village (requires climbing axe & torch)
