How to unlock the Sharp Shooter achievement in Tomb Raider - Definitive Guide
This is simple one just make 50 headshots in single player campaign.
I'm practicing making achievement guides as soon as the xbox one releases i will be doing them for many games.
Hope this video is helpful if you make a headshot you get extra HP so you'll know when you make a headshot.

I would add to the description that any weapon could be used (or which weapon can be used). I was checking if the bow kills would count and I only saw that after watching the video. Anyway, +1 from me.

50 head shots in single player required as said above, however if you have completed the game and upgraded/unlocked everything, enemies stop respawning.
You can still get head shots by going to the prisoner cages in the Catacombs inside the Geothermal Caverns. The prisoners count as head shots and respawn once you leave and re-enter the area.

This can be done with any weapon on human enemies as long as you get the "headshot" bonus points for experience (shows up on top left when you get a kill). While going for your other weapon kills, you should have no problems getting this. The easiest kills for this are probably the unaware enemies but you should have no issues aiming at other enemies while they take cover. Upgrading weapons can help, but not necessary.
Note: You cannot reload checkpoints to gain extra kills towards your stats. These must all be done on unique enemies.
Most effective and easiest way of killing enemies is with headshots. You also earn experience bonuses from headshots. Therefore it’s a good idea to kill most enemies you encounter with headshots even after you've earned the trophy, at least until you learn finisher moves towards the end.
Be aware that, at later stages of the story, enemies will start wearing helmets, so you will have to break that first.

When they are in cover, you aim at where he should stick his head out and bang!!! and a corpse. Sometimes the head is visible from cover, then immediately ready! You can earn money when you get to the helicopter where there should be a pharmacy, there will be enough of them!

If you are good with your aim, then you will generally get this achievement very easily. Personally, I played through the entire game and killed most of the enemies with headshots in order to save ammo.
