If you have made it to chapter 4-2 which you would have to anyway to watch all the movies in this dlc. Then you should be able to restart the very beginning of this level as you can kill the NPC's standing still and it should count for the kills for the axe.

You have to get to chapter 6 anyway to finish the story for all cutscenes by then 200 kills should come natural

@Kohaui Yeah, but if you do it right, you won't have to play every single chapter all the way through. Just beat the game as Clyde or Tony and then you can ding around as Bjorka without having to play the whole game again.
