I found the best way to farm this out was on the 1st level first blood at the final checkpoint of the level there are about 7 or so enemies surrounded by trucks and motorbikes just shoot them to make them explode then you can keep hit reload checkpoint to do it as fast as possible

All you need to do is keep reloading level on chapter 2

At the beginning of Chapter 2, there are some explosive barrels in a warehouse with some enemies. Simply shoot the barrels when the enemies get close. You can press start and reload your last checkpoint until you get your achievement for "20 Explosive Kills"
