Here is my 100% Achievement guide.
The main and best advice i can give is constantly hit the
& 
buttons simultaneously.
That way you never die, as long as you keep dodging, you never die.
As long as you can keep spamming & to dodge and shoot, you will get this naturally in around 1 or 2 minutes.
This should only take you around 5 minutes or so to complete :)
