Easiest place to grind is the beginning of Chapter 2 Part 1. Explode the two oil drum stacks, then reload and repeat until you have all of the explosive achievements

At the beginning of Chapter 2, there are some explosive barrels in a warehouse with some enemies. Simply shoot the barrels when the enemies get close. You can press start and reload your last checkpoint until you get your achievement for "20 Explosive Kills"
