You can kill him, die right after, & then repeat. It does not need to be in 1 run. There is a Juice Box Character in the beginning of the game in the Junkyard. Kill him, die, repeat 5 times for both achievements🤜

The juice-man is in the first area of the junkyard, just past where you kill your second enemy. He looks like a blue/purple juice box. You can shoot him or knife him.

After you kill him, progress to the left and you will encounter an enemy shooting at you. Allow yourself to be killed (which counts towards You're not going to Valhalla! (100G) if you haven't unlocked it yet) so you start the stage over. Repeat this until you’ve killed the juice-man five times.
