Bradley is located pretty early in the second level. Abuse the roll/dodge mechanic with LT. Basically just mash it for the most part and make your way to him. You can actually skip the majority of the enemies as well as that’s exactly what I did. Once you reach him, simply roll up to him and mash RB (while still continuously mashing LT cause he shoots a lot so you need to keep moving/dodging obviously). For some odd reason he takes more damage from melee’s rather than bullets, so in order to melee you have to get really close to him. And of course, above all, make sure you’re on normal difficulty. And no, the achievement for easy doesn’t stack, so I suggest running through the level on normal first just to get the more “difficult” achievement out the way. Then repeat it on easy difficulty
Defeating him will also unlock the Dual Croft weapons you need in order to get the “Miss Croft” achievement

How do you even finish a stage I’ve killed everyone and it doesn’t end I looked up a video of someone finishing it and it doesn’t seem like I’m missing something I even deleted my saved data and ran through it again multiple times and it won’t end is my game just broken or am I just missing something

You leave the first level by walking into a room on the right side at the last fight. It has like a motorcycle club looking crest on the wall...

The new DLC makes these achievements easier. Just load up Chapter 2 on Normal and play defeat the boss.

Note: This does not stack, meaning you need to defeat Bradley twice; once on Easy Peasy and once on Normal.
For defeating Bradley the first time, you will unlock the Dual Croft .45 weapon. Once you have unlocked Let's have a sit-down (100G), return to the main menu and select ‘Loadout’, then under ‘Light Gun’, select the ‘Dual Croft .45’ then back out. Change your difficulty to ‘Normal’ then select ‘Story Mode’. Choose ‘Chapter 2’ then ‘Sons of Subversion - Part I’.
Note that while playing on Normal, your armor is only 50%, so use the dodge mechanic as needed. When the stage starts, press.png.faa0a090f2044427a7554db27be5be6e.png ":1rt:")
to switch your weapon to the Dual Croft then proceed through the level as described in Let's have a sit-down (100G). When you reach Bradley, use whichever strategy that worked the first time to defeat him again, unlocking this achievement and Miss Croft (200G) (for completing a stage while having the Dual Croft in your loadout).
