Here is my 100% Achievement guide.
The main and best advice i can give is constantly hit the
& buttons simultaneously.
That way you never die, as long as you keep dodging, you never die.
As soon as you start the game, simply hold the button until you reload.
This should only take you around 5 minutes or so to complete :)

When you have control of your character, press 
until your weapon is empty and you have to reload. Do this before entering the junkyard.
