The wall of fame is in Chapter One.
After the big room, head north and it will be the furthest east room. On the northern wall is a big motif of the Sons of Subversion, looks like a biker patch and is the same symbol as the one in the achievement image.
For killing the enemies, take advantage of the roll and shoot (
+
). When you roll, you are bulletproof.

This took me the longest to get but i ran into a glitch on my last run of trying not to die and the moment i went in the first door my character clipped through the environment some how, so in the time frame i went to that area for the wall and then my character just spawned right before some fight was about to happen past the building but i went into said building for the wall and there was no enemies spawned in thanks to the clipping somehow but i still managed to get this achievement

Here is my 100% Achievement guide.
The main and best advice i can give is constantly hit the & buttons simultaneously.
That way you never die, as long as you keep dodging, you never die.
Not long into chapter 1, you go up into a large room with enemies flanking you on your right, and some a bit further ahead of you south next to some motorbikes (Where the game teaches you about environmental killing).
Right here there is a bar you can go into.
Remember to LB & RB your way through the bar, as there are about 4 or 5 enemies here.
You do hit a checkpoint when you enter the bar though, so be careful if you do die, always make sure to LB & RB.
When you clear the bar of all enemies, in the top right room is a big sign with the name "Sons of Subversion".
Simply stand next to this to unlock the achievement
This should only take you around 5 minutes or so to complete :)

When you exit the first building, you will encounter 3-4 enemies outside on your right side. Kill them and move up and there will be a few more enemies standing under street lights around three motorcycles. Kill them then move right and enter the Night Bar. Walk through the first two doors and there will be 4-5 enemies standing in the main bar area. As you enter, you will notice the wall mural on the other side of a door to your right.
At this point, you will trigger a checkpoint, so be careful entering this room. Kill all the enemies, enter the door on your right and stand in front of the ‘Sons of Subversion’ mural on the wall to unlock this achievement.
