These medals are earned in both THPS1 and THPS2 and must be completed with Game Mods disabled.
These are the levels where you need to impress the judges who give you a rating based on how many points you earn.

Skate Park

Tips for getting gold:
Find a half pipe and do flip tricks, grabs and spins with manual revert combo method.
When slowing down (if doing grab tricks) go into stalls/grinds whilst spamming buttons into seperate stalls and grinds to increase multiplier.

There was a bug with the trophy, the progress was stuck at 3/4 medals. At the same time, I did not enable mods and did not even go into that menu. The rest of the achievements and challenges worked.
Solution: After getting all the other achievements, I deleted the saved game data and played the game from scratch. Got the medals, got the achievement.
