Skate Tours ==> Ranked & Free Skate ==> RT ==> RT ==> UP ==> A.

Ride, and go to the edge of the skate park. Just wait and the bull will charge you nicely.

Load up the Bullring Map, this is one of the last Maps you will unlock on THPS2.

On the outside of the Ring you will see the Bull charging about, ollie over the ramp and let him smash into you for the trophy!
