You need to complete 6 out of the 10 goals in Downhill Jam to unlock the Marseille level and this achievement.

I made a video showing how to complete every goal in Downhill Jam. I start from the beginning of the stage for every goal and complete each goal using the simplest path possible. Click the annotations to skip to any particular goal.
