How to unlock the Slums unlocked achievement in Tony Hawks Project 8 - Definitive Guide

I unlocked this near rank 120, but people unlock them all at different rates it appears.
Anyway, simple task...once you get the Phone Message about a kid at the school that can get you into the slums, go to the school yard and talk to him. He will send you on a mission to find 3 beakers and pour them into a mixer, then spin on the mixer to start it.
You need to go one beaker at a time, back to the mixer, next beaker, mixer and so forth. They are all right there in the courtyard. There is no time limit on this, so take your time and don't fall off the mixer, it makes you restart.
EDIT: The video below was something I just put on last second to show the location of the 3rd scientist. That would be the only one that is someone difficult to see from the chemical area.
