You don't need to jump to get this, it's enough to throw them up in the air and kill them in the move.

Get close to an enemy and double tap the 
towards them to uppercut them into the air. Then, jump after them by pressing 
and continue to attack them by holding towards them until they die. Repeat this 99 more times for the achievement.
