easy as it sounds just kill 10,000 enemies throughout the game if you finish the game and u still dont have this then just concentrate on doing other achievements and this one should pop up

One run through the campaign plus taking the other four characters to level 10 was all I needed.

You should get this in the course of regular gameplay. If not, replay the final level (Helheim) as the enemies are quite numerous in the course of that level. Same applies to the "Hate for the Machine" achievement (kill 20,000 enemies). Just takes time and perseverance. If you're working on the other achievements, you'll get this in due time.
A general tip: Strike polarity enemies from a distance, and they'll usually explode and eliminate large numbers of surrounding enemies.
