This can be achieved with any character, any class, and at nearly any level, so long as you have enough skill points to place into your Battlecry ability.

Battlecries function like an aura that helps you and your co-op teammates. After activation, the battlecry will remain active for a set length of time which can be extended by performing combos on enemies while the battlecry skill is active. You will need to kill 25 enemies within the span of a single battlecry activation to unlock this achievement.

Personally, I used the Commando skill "Smoothbore" which knocks down enemies to unlock this achievement. As groups of enemies run up to you, you can strafe left to right to continue knocking them all down. If you manage to pop an enemy into the air, you can move closer and juggle him to increase the combo meter very quickly and extend the length of time on the battlecry considerably.

On your skill tree, there will be 3 skills with a blue circle around them. These are battle cries, and you can only unlock one.

Battle cries increase your speed, strength, etc. depending on which one you choose. You need at least a 1 in your combo meter to perform a battle cry.

As you put more skill points into the skill, it will increase the duration of the battle cry. Press "X" to perform a battle cry. For this achievement, you will need to kill 25 enemies during one battle cry.
