All you have to do is reach level 50. You will probably get this at about the 30 hour mark. If you want to get this fast start up a Co-Op game, make the other slot private, and don't invite anyone. Start the game by yourself and you will be fighting twice the amount of enemies. Also try to customize your armor with runes that give you and XP bonus and try to keep you combo meter up.

Level 50 is the maximum level you can get to. After completing the campaign, you will be around level 25.
When you have completed the campaign, set up a co-op private match, and start it by yourself. You will have twice as many enemies to kill and will level up quicker.
I hit level 50 at around the 30-hour mark (total).
If you make armor or weapons with exp. + ruins, you can have a max of +10%. If you get your combo level up, you can also get +3% for that too.
