How to unlock the Orange Prize achievement in Top Spin 3 - Definitive Guide
There are 12 months in each level in career mode, and 2 tournaments every month. Theres a hard tourny and an easy tourny, its up to you which ones to play, i played the hard ones with the game difficulty set to easy and it wasnt difficult at all.
Keep an eye on the season leaderboard, in the tournament menu, because you will need to be 1st in the table to progress to the next season, if at the end of season you are not in 1st, you will need to play the whole season again.
You don't have to win every tournament, i skipped 3 or 4 each season depening on where i was in the table and how close 2nd place was to me
When you have completed the tournament in december the achievement will pop

I finished the Junior season in second place and I thought I had to play the whole season again because I skipped too many (6) tournaments. I was surprised because the next season I became a Pro. So I don't think you need to become first in this season, though it's better to be safe and just finish in first place.
+1 for the solution. :)

The game now progresses to the more standard set-up, as you now have access to a calendar of events. You can choose between an easy or hard event each month, or just skip a month entirely. I’d recommend choosing the hard event each month as you’ll earn more ranking points, career money and unlock points – all of which benefit you further down the line. So you’ll have to play a total of twelve events (with three matches in each, assuming you win) and finish in the top three to progress.
