There seems to be a kind of glitch, which causes that the cheevo does not unlock, even if you reach level 20.

In case this problem appears, just create another player and choose the option to start with an EP amount of 50000. Save your player and just level him or her up like hell. After reaching level 20, save again und the cheevo unlocks.

I had this problem aswell and after doing the described things, it unlocked.

I found a little glitch in the game which will get you to level 20 a little faster. Complete a season and win the four different types of matches (clay, grass, etc.) without skipping a month. At the end of the year, you will be awarded xp for what you did during the year. I received 800 bonus xp. When the screen comes up for the next year, quit WITHOUT saving. Your xp are saved, but your progress isn't. Resume your career, and you will have all the xp and be at the end of the previous season. You will then be awarded the bonus xp again when you re-finish the year. You can do this as many times as necessary.
