Go online and into World Tour, and you have a bunch of options - you can play quick matches, do sparring challenges or enter any of the seven tournaments available. Each set of tournaments runs for a week.

The tournaments work on the basis that they require a certain number of rounds (2, 3 or 4) to win, and once you've lost a match, you are out of it. So for the Grand Slam, for example, you will be pitted against a random opponent in round one, and if you win, you will be able to face someone else who has won a round 1 tie, in round 2, and so on. That way, you can have multiple tournament winners.

However, for this achievement, you don't need to get anywhere near that far, you just need to win a single match. Each week, since there are seven tournaments, you have seven opportunities.

I find that only the more serious players go for all seven tournaments, and pretty much everyone plays the Grand Slams, will a bit of spillover into the Masters. Therefore, you are more likely to find weaker opponents in round one of the Grand Slam, so make sure you always play that one. Besides, if you win, you can then have a crack at winning the Grand Slam, which gives you another achievement (Always better the first time).

There is an enormous range of skill out there, so don't be disheartened if you get handed a tennis lesson - I've had a few humbling experiences, there are simply some brilliant players floating around. Sooner or later you'll find yourself up against someone you can take on, and you'll unlock this in no time.
