Top Spin 4

I thought that it might be useful to have a list here on TA with each of the unlockables, and the requirements associated with them. The following can also be found in the 'Unlock Overview' on the Main Menu. The unlockables have been grouped together, based on the game mode.

There are a total of 58 unlockables. To obtain the achievement, you must unlock 44 of the unlockables. One unlockable requires a preorder code, so may be unattainable to most people.

I recommend that you play through the career, aiming for The Greatest in Top Spin 4, which will probably help unlock most of the 'Career' unlockables. The only 'Career' unlockable you might want to miss is '5. Win a Grand Slam Tournament on Very Hard.".

Once you have finished the career and obtained The Greatest in Top Spin 4, aim to complete '4. Play 5 King of the Court games.', before moving on to the exhibition matches.

You will not have to play all of the exhibition matches. Simply play the ones that you feel will be quickest and/or easiest. I played the 'Serve and Score' and 'Percentage Tennis' matches first, before moving on to the Classic matches.

ANY GAME MODE
Both of these will unlock through natural progression in Career Mode.
1. Play a match with a fully developed player. ("Fast Player Building" in Player Creator).
2. Win 200 points. (Exhibition Point System: Percentage Tennis System 6 points).

2K OPEN
The 2K Open can be found in the Xbox Live menu. The online community prefers to play in World Tour, so you may want to boost this (or ignore it).
3. Win 5 matches with a Pro Player. (Exhibition Point System: Serve and Score 6 points).

KING OF THE COURT
Play on Very Easy, with as few points/matches as possible. You may wish to select different opponents each time with the Someone else? in Top Spin 4 achievement in mind.
4. Play 5 King of the Court games. (Exhibition Point System: Hyper Tie-Break 40 points).

CAREER
You can play on Very Easy for most of these. Aim to play tournaments sponsored by the selected sponsors below.
5. Win a Grand Slam Tournament on VERY HARD. (Difficulty level: "EXPERT").
6. Play the Barclays ATP World Tour Finals (if man) or the Top Spin Finals (if woman). (Exhibition Point System: Hyper Tie-Break 20 points).
7. Complete the Special Event "Exhibitiion match to Inaugurate the Attican Stadium". (Venue: "The Attican Stadium").
8. Become the most popular player. (Venue: "The Bowl").
9. Play more tournaments sponsored by Qualies. (Clothes pack: Qualies Pack 1).
10. Play more tournaments sponsored by Qualies. (Clothes pack: Qualies Pack 2).
11. Play more tournaments sponsored by Qualies. (Clothes pack: Qualies Pack 3).
12. Complete the Qualies Challenge. (Clothes pack: Qualies Pack 4).
13. Play more tournaments sponsored by Advantage. (Clothes pack: Advantage Pack 1).
14. Play more tournaments sponsored by Advantage. (Clothes pack: Advantage Pack 2).
15. Play more tournaments sponsored by Advantage. (Clothes pack: Advantage Pack 3).
16. Complete the Advantage Challenge. (Clothes pack: Advantage Pack 4).
17. Play more tournaments sponsored by Aveberry. (Clothes pack: Aveberry Pack 1).
18. Play more tournaments sponsored by Aveberry. (Clothes pack: Aveberry Pack 2).
19. Play more tournaments sponsored by Aveberry. (Clothes pack: Aveberry Pack 3).
20. Complete the Aveberry Challenge. (Clothes pack: Aveberry Pack 4).

The following unlockables must be completed against Normal AI. Unless stated, all matches must be completed in 3 sets / 3 games / STB.
34. Win a match with BECKER with at least 70% won at 1st serve. (Becker 3rd Outfit).
35. Beat RODDICK with BLAKE (Blake 3rd Outfit).
36. Win a match with BORG with less than 5 unforced errors. (Borg 3rd Outfit).
37. Win a match with BOUCHARD in Serve and Score 11 points. (Bouchard 3rd Outfit).
38. Beat LENDL with CHANG. (Chang 3rd Outfit).
39. Win a match with COURIER in Court Philippe Chatrier (Roland Garros). (Courier 3rd Outfit).
40. Win a match with DAVYDENKO in Moscow Tennis Arena. (Davydenko 3rd Outfit).
41. Beat NADAL with DJOKOVIC in Madrid Sports Arena. (Djokovic 3rd Outfit).
42. Beat NADAL with FEDERER in Court Philippe Chatrier (Roland Garros). (Federer 3rd Outfit).
43. Beat ZVONAREVA with IVANOVIC in Indian Wells Tennis Garden. (Ivanovic 3rd Outfit).
44. Beat WILLIAMS with JANKOVIC in Arthur Ashes Stadium (US Open). (Jankovic 3rd Outfit).
45. Win a match with LENDL with at least 15 winners from the baseline. (Lendl 3rd Outfit).
46. Win a match with MURRAY in Dublin Stadium. (Murray 3rd Outfit).
47. Beat FEDERER with NADAL in Dublin Stadium. (Nadal 3rd Outfit).
48. Beat SAMPRAS with RAFTER. (Rafter 3rd Outfit).
49. Beat FEDERER with RODDICK. (Roddick 3rd Outfit).
50. Beat WILLIAMS with SAFINA in Rod Laver Arena (Australian Open). (Safina 3rd Outfit).
51. Win a match with SAMPRAS with at least 12 pts won at the net. (Sampras 3rd Outfit).
52. Win a match with SIMON in BNP Paribas Masters (Paris, FRA) in Serve and Score 11 pts. (Simon 3rd Outfit).
53. Win a match with TOMIC in Rod Laver Arena (Australian Open) in Percentage Tennis 11 pts. (Tomic 3rd Outfit).
54. Beat FEDERER with WAWRINKA in Percentage Tennis 11 pts. (Wawrinka 3rd Outfit).
55. Win a match with WILLIAMS in Arthur Ashe Stadium (US Open). (Williams 3rd Outfit).
56. Win a match with WOZNIAKI in Percentage Tennis 11 pts. (Wozniaki 3rd Outfit).
57. Win a match with ZVONAREVA in Serve and Score 11 points. (Zvonareva 3rd Outfit).

OTHER
58. Enter your preorder redeem code in order to unlock Agassi's 3rd outfit. (Agassi 3rd Outfit).

In the main menu head to "unlock overview" - there you'll find the challenges you need to complete. there's even a tracker that shows you how many percent you already got!

Most of these are sponsor challenges that have to be done in career but there are also some where you have to beat player a with player b on normal in a specific game mode in exhibition.
