- Select a player (Level 30 to make it easier)
- Select an opponent
- Select a difficulty (Very easy if you want)
- Press 'X' for Match settings
- Change Sets to 1
- Play the game and win
- Do it 4 more times.

It's quicker if you also make each set just a tie-breaker. Only need to win 7 points, not 12. And at end of match go "new exhibition" and just select a new player, the game thankfully remembers settings.
