This achievement pops when defeating Vyrax during the Heartfire quest.
1) Locate the Emberworks dungeon on the Sundered Battlefield and accept the quest "Enter the Emberworks"
2) Get the sidequest from Cam in the Southeast corner of the Sundered Battlefields
3) Get the Spirit key by defeating Thiss in the Forgotten Halls (below 2nd level)
4) Teleport to Rivenskull Gorge and enter Vyrax’s Tower next to the waypoint portal
5) Defeat Vyrax on the 5th floor of the tower
