After selecting HARDCORE in the difficulty section of your character creation you'll encounter some enemies immediately out side of the camp. Let them all hit you until the red half of your energy has completely drained and you die.

Put it on the hardest difficulty to make it a bit quicker

Good tip, Elite is the hardest I believe.

How to Make A Hardcore Character:
On The Main Menu, Pick "New Character" And Select Your Class And Appearance.
- Afterwards You Are Asked To Select Your Difficulty. Here You Must Check The "Hardcore" Box Before You Continue.
Dying As This Character, At Any Point - Completely Deletes The Character, And Unlocks This Achievement!
