I played the same echo node over and over and achievement tracker went up. There's 2 in Firebelly Village, this is where I spotted this. You can alternate between both or wait for one to reset to play again.

I found two echo nodes but also a "Goblin Graffiti" that counted. So three possible in this zone. For my seed, graffiti and first node were closer

These are found throughout the various acts of the game throughout the levels and instances. Pressing A at one will prompt an audio voice over to play out for a short while. You'll probably come across one of these lore objects every 5-10 minutes while playing. If you keep an eye out for them, you can likely have this achievement done before you finish Act I.
It's worth noting that I'm not sure if you can hear the same audio file over and over; they may have to be different objects.
