This achievement is unlocked as part of the story after arriving in the Bloom
During the main quest Dracogens Price talk to Artaglio or Sheen. Use persuasion or win a drinking contest with Artaglio. Convince him to confront the maw. This will kill him so claim your prize if you win the competition.
A new portal will be opened to b the Tradepost. Go through and you ll see another portal. As soon as you exit the achievement will unlock
