How to unlock the Death Wish achievement in Torment: Tides of Numenera - Definitive Guide
Missable achievement.
Shortly after entering the Bloom travel North East a short way. There will be a pool of green liquid next to two NPC'S Ameen and Skaydi.
Interact with the pool and drink, choose to drink a second time and you will die. You may need to drink more depending on your characters stats.

I drank from the pool for 10 minutes straight and still can't die. Says I'm immune. Anyone else getting this?

I was also getting the "Immune to Bloom Juice" message but, if you close the game down and reload a save, it removes this immunity.

After you've earned the achievement "Belly of the Beast" which is story related, you'll enter a place called The Bloom. On the far right of the map, you'll see a green circle which is dripping goo. Interact with it, and choose to drink it repeatedly. Eventually, you'll die and earn this achievement.

Been following the Walkthrough on here and I kept getting "Immune to Bloom Juice" each time I drink... exit to the console dashboard and close the game, maybe restart your console, boot the game up and tried again... immunity vanished.

When you first reach the Bloom as part of the story, there will be a merchant in the upper right of the map. Next to her is a pool of bloom juice. Just drink from it 2-3 times and you will die. This will pop the trophy.

Just drink the Blossom juices from any well until you die. You can find such a well, for example, in the Memovira Farmsteads.
