How to unlock the Not Dead Yet achievement in Torment: Tides of Numenera - Definitive Guide

This will likely be the first achievement you get. As you go through the tutorial you end up in a fight (or Crises as its called in this) with a giant shadow tentacle monster thing. As soon as you followed all the tutorials instructions n fought off the monster your told to go to a glowing pool to get back to the real world. As soon as you do the achievement unlocks

This is the first unmissable story based achievement and will be earned when you leave the mind-dream state you first start in, once you have full movement control of your character.
