Torment: Tides of Numenera

This is a missable achievement.

This is tied to Erritis quest The Lost Shepherd which is picked up in the Valley of Heroes.

Make sure you search the alcoves in the valley near the merchant. Afterwards wait until you die and once in your memory speak to the spectal version of Erritis.

You will discover he was a simple shepherd until he discovered a box filled with nanites which have possessed him.

Now wait until you reach the Bloom and visit the Slavers block. Behind one of the doors is Skoura the Faceless he will tell you how to communicate with these nanites.

Drink the green bloom fluid to die. Make a hard save and go and speak with Errits. The demons give you the choice of increasing his power but at the expense of his longevity. Or they will stop interfering but he will become normal.

For this achievement you must choose to make Erritis more powerful. This will increase his might and speed. I would recommend loading the wave once you have the achievement and then choosing to make him normal, as there is another achievement for freeing Erritis permanently which you will miss if you stick with the extra powers
