Unlocks very early
Shortly into the main quest Fallen to Earth you will come to the cult of the changing god. Near the machine will be two cultists arguing, they are named MIMEON and Casmeen.
Make a hard save directly before dialogue, or back out of dialogue before committing to any options if you have b skyway spoken to them.
Begin dialogue and very quickly the cultists will notice your tattoo and identify you as a castoff. They will then ask your identity, you have the options of being honest and identify yourself as a castoff, ignoring the question, or having some fun and claiming to be there god in flesh. For the achievement you must claim to be there God.
You now have to convince them you are telling the truth. Your next dialogue option is a deception. Choose this and if you are successful the achievement will immediately unlock.
If you fail the deception just reload your save and repeat until you win. Once you are successful and once have earned the achievement consider whether you want to maintain the deception, if not reload and be honest.
