Waits for Prey can be found in the first area of The Bloom.
He is a big metallic robot standing in a small circular area. Very hard to miss.
Just be aware, his is quite a strong opponent. If you keep him at distance he will hit all party members with rockets, causing approx 8 dmg each and knocking them back.
He can also blink attack anybody in your party with his swords.
He is immune to flanking, but not to blindness so abuse the absolute snot out of that fact and it makes the fight much easier.
Achievement should pop right after you defeat him.
