Basically, find any area sufficiently dark that you cannot see, and stand there for 5-10 seconds without holding any light source (like the lighter, for instance.) Easy Peezy.
The fastest route to acquiring this one would be taking an immediate left out of the bathroom you wake up in, and going into the dark hallway long enough to shed your mortal coil.
