After obtaining Remembrance 
and collecting the Fishing Hook from this hidden room, return to the past through the new VHS Tape (Dentist) that spawns in the E-2F Office to acquire the Eye. Combine this item with the fishing hook and place it on one side of the Vault door in the Sewers, while interacting with the opposite side. This will open the door to the Vault, after which you will get the trophy.
