There are 5 games modes available: 3 time trials with various set times depending on the puzzle size and 2 casual modes, one with a timer and one without. You need to complete a puzzle in all 5 modes to unlock this trophy. Puzzle size and category do not matter.

Notes:
• Unless you have the Patch 1.01 installed, you have to do this trophy in one setting. Do not close the game application or turn off your PS4 if you want to keep your progress.
• I do not know the exact reason but this trophy may not unlock even after meeting the requirement. If that's the case, you should play "15 pieces" puzzles while cycling through the different categories until you get it.
