Select any puzzle you want and choose the "15 pieces" size. You do not need to play in "Time Trial" mode to unlock this trophy. Beating the puzzle in less than 1 minute and thirty seconds is enough. Unless you're playing in "Casual" mode with the "Timer Off", you'll have a timer at the top of the screen, on a mobile.
However, since you need to play at least once in every game mode for Serial Puzzler Silver, I suggest you play in a "2 minutes Time Trial". It's the closest setting to the trophy requirement.
