Total War: THREE KINGDOMS

All of the spice resources are in the very south-southwest side of the map - Yongchan, Yongshou; Jianning, Xiuyun; and Yulin, Guangyu. The icon on the map kind of looks like two mushrooms. Two of them seem to be in Nanman territory, so if you have Furious Wild, you can try one of those factions to get them quicker (one seems to be in Mulu's land, but not sure). Otherwise, Shi Xie (free DLC) is probably the closest if you want to rush this achievement, followed by Sun Jian.
