The Jade Resources are towards the middle of the map - Jingzhao, Lantian and Nanyang, Xinye. It's map icon is like a refined metal ingot. Dong Zhuo has Jingzhao, I think Yuan Shu has the other, so you can start as one of the two and try to rush the other.
