Found this achievement really annoying until I came across a guide on the Steam forums which lets you get it in 2 minutes. Credit to them!
Turn 1, attack Xiahou Dun and Xiahou Yuan. Enter diplomacy and give away your Yingchuan Farmland to Zang Ba. Declare war on him and attack the Farmland.
