How to unlock the No Small Deed Left Undone achievement in Total War: THREE KINGDOMS - Definitive Guide

Like with White Tiger Burning Bright, you need to have 6 allies in the same alliance. Vassals do not count. The grant independence/liberate vassal strategy from that guide works for this too, which I'll summarize here:
Total War: THREE KINGDOMS (Windows)White Tiger Burning BrightThe White Tiger Burning Bright achievement in Total War: THREE KINGDOMS (Windows) worth 164 pointsAs Yan Baihu, achieve the highest level of the White Tiger Confederation pooled resource

  1. Get at least 7 commandery capitals (including your faction capital).
  2. Assign administrators to all of them except gates and faction capital and grant them independence
  3. Liberate them from vassalage and sign military access agreements and trade agreements when possible
  4. End the turn and see who's willing to ally with you on the next turn. Repeat until achievement unlocked.
Once you get 6 allies, the achievement will pop right when you end the turn.

Other start dates require paid dlc packs, and I wanted to provide a guide that's doable on the base game. If you have them though, go for it.
