How to unlock the Point Break achievement in Total War: THREE KINGDOMS - Definitive Guide

To unlock this achievement, you need to perform the instigate civil war action under the family actions tab in the spy menu. If you're still confused about why the box is greyed out despite your spy being a family member or even faction heir as well as having max undercover network and cover, it's because there's another requirement for this action - being the faction leader. This is not explained in the game anywhere, and the only reason I figured that out is because I was looking through the game's database while doing research for a mod I was making. I wrote a guide on how to become the faction leader for another achievement, so I'll just link that here.
