Fastest way to do this is to play as Sun Jian in 182CE. As with most factions, you will be tasked with destroying an enemy army right in front of you. However, with Sun Jian the army are Looters. Soon as you destroy the Looter army (just auto-manage the battle) then that Looter faction is instantly lost and you unlock the achievement without ever marching upon any 'real' enemy faction.
