On the main menu,
select battles,
select multiplayer lobies
select host battle (at the bottom)
use a generic name, password is optional
On the left where there are 2 teams, use the computer screen plus icon to add an AI bot to team 2
Remove the human player slot on team 2,
click ready.
go make a cup of tea, coffe or a Ga nd T (other drinks avialble) while the game loads.
start the battle, select your entire army and charge at the enemy, set the speed advance on max
drink your drink
when the battle ends (quickly given the tactics employed) the achievement will pop

You can modify your army, disbanding all but one unit before the battle to make this quicker. Unless you need to get your fluid intake for the day up, that is.
