Total War: Warhammer III

You should reach enough devotion before the end of the main campaign, at which point you can choose to remain Undivided. You can simply save before making the decision, choose whatever you need for the achievement, and then reload.
Devotion is gathered mainly through missions and to whom you dedicate your conquered settlements. I never focused on a particular god, spreading them out evenly and had it before my fourth soul.
